| 4 | Global Advisory Council | Expert intelligence and guidance: peace negotiation experts, former diplomats and officials, academics, Indigenous/traditional leaders, youth and women leaders, ESG and human-rights experts. |
| 5 | Stakeholder Assembly | Multi-sector representation: business, civil society, NGOs/INGOs, government agencies, community and faith leaders, media and cultural representatives. |
| 6 | Regional Peace Councils | Decentralised implementation across Africa, Asia, Europe, the Americas and the Middle East. |
| 7 | Thematic Commissions | Specialised action units focused on conflict resolution, youth, climate, economic peace and Indigenous dialogue. |
